Yesterday was a good day, had to drive two hrs to pick my son up at camp. Had a small panic attack after ordering lunch, lately it's my ears that start an anxiety attack. I had a bad attack three weeks ago when I woke up with stuffy ears and it was during a dosage adgustment so my anxiety was real high. The stuffy ear feeling scared me, thinking something must be wrong with my brain. Went to my doctor and I had fluid on my ear from my sinuses, so I was calmed. But do you notice that you really don't forget what triggered your bad attack and then if something like it happens again then Bam, instant panic, even though you know it's nothing? Now I'm super vigilant about any funny ear feelings and find myself shaking my head a lot. UGH
