Hello everyone! It has been awhile since I last posted and for a moment things were good but lately I been worrying and having thoughts that I am goin to have a heart attack. I don't have symptoms of heart attack but for some reason my mind keeps going. I am scared and don't know what to do. Right now I cannot sleep in fear of dying in my sleep and I have this tingling in my head and scalp. It is freaking me out! Any encouragement will be appreciated. Thank u loves!

I've had that tingling in the scalp before. I still do get it on occasion. For me I've found that when I'm anxious and start to breathe shallow, I'm not getting sufficient oxygen, and that can cause the tingles. I'll also get it in my lips sometimes!

Focusing on consistent and regular deep breaths, (my favourites are Square Breathing and Divided Breath) helps to regulate our intake! :)

I get that too. It seems to me like goose bumps minus the bumps on my scalp or tightness. It's a pretty weird sensation.

Oh how I hate the tingly sensation that leads to a numb feeling in my lips and even the top of my head once while shopping. I looked like an idiot patting and rubbing my scalp, the more I did that the more panic I got and ran to my car leaving my full shopping cart behind. Ugh, took weeks to get over that one.

Thanks for the responses. I had one at the store once and freaked out. It scared the crap out of me still does!
