Some medications can contribute to dry mouth, and of course, so can anxiety.
I drink so much water, I've a bit lost track of what it would be like to eat w/o often sipping.
Is there any reason you don't want to drink water with your foods? It may help.

Water with food can cause more reflux, or at least make it more likely. Makes sense I suppose even in the average person. That and I don't usually have water with my food in most situations; it worries me I now HAVE to have it or else I might choke on what gets stuck. Currently I don't take medications.
