Shakey, weak, tired all the time

I've read other posts on here from so many of us that suffer with the shakiness and weakness that goes along with anxiety. And I've certainly suffered and still do suffer from those symptoms but now I've added another one and because I'm such a terrible hypochondriac I'm sure it must be something life threatening. I have been really tired and sleepy along with my weakness and am convinced it must be cancer of some sort draining my body of all its strength. I have always had alot of energy but now that I'm almost 67 everything tires me out more quickly and this, compounded with my anxiety and depression, makes me even worse. I never used to nap during the day but lately I feel like I just have to, yet I'm more anxious when I wake from a mid-day nap so I hate doing it. I also have a dreadful fear of going to the doctor, as I'm SURE he will tell me I'm dying from color or lung or whatever cancer I can think of. I was even thinking of going on the Chronic Fatigue forum and wonder sometimes if fatigue like this can just be another form of anxiety. Now I bought some B and Potassium vitamins to see if they will help as I always want to stay away from drugs as much as possible so we'll see if those work. Just wondering if anyone also suffers from that darn "tired" feeling during the day. I too always feel weak and am sure I'm going to faint but that's usually in the morning when I first wake up....now I'm having it during the day too along with the fatigue....a vicious cycle. Guess I just need some reassurance.

I've been very tired and sleepy the last couple of weeks too as well as a little off balance. I've always been clutzy, but I too have been worried that I've got something serious going on. I see my dr tomorrow so I hope to get some answers or at least start check stuff. This just makes my anxiety much worse : (
