I have never had migraines in my life (32 years). Recently I get migraines almost every day. Can this be anxiety related?
Thank you,
Josh

Thank you Sickofitall21,
It just scares me when my vision goes blurry and then the pain that comes after! The brain is very powerful!

I have had headaches for weeks but I think it's my sinuses, but they make me feel so bad and unmotivated.

Yes, absolutely anxiety can contribute to migraines. If this persists and if it's something brand new to you, I'd encourage you to at least bring it up to your doctor.
I get migraines for a number of reasons, but I can certainly add that in my experience, for me, anxiety can make them worse!

I agree with Merrida. If you never had it before and you are suddenly experiencing it now, please consult your doctor.
Some info.
