We DO deal with normal anxiety. :)
These are all the multitude of symptoms we have to deal with.
When we learn better coping skills that work unique to us, our "new normal" of anxiety still exists, but we're stronger in how we manage them, which helps us to be more powerful over these symptoms.
Believe me, no one is so-called "normal" without "anxiety" or other "things to worry about." It's common among those with AP to look at the rest of the world and think they seem so free of problems. Believe it or not, there are even people looking at us thinking the same thing!!
