When I get anxious, I tend to get flustered very easily, and it's not uncommon for my face, neck and chest to get bright red. When I'm having a particularly difficult attack, I can break out in what appears to be hives.
The skin around our mouth and nose and eyes is particularly susceptible, especially if we keep touching our faces, or even if we try to keep washing the areas trying to keep it clean (we actually dry it out more!)
Keeping your skin care simple helps as well.
Above all, check with your doctor and make sure he or she has given you the all-clear. If it still persists you may consider consulting with a dermatologist?
