First off, rest assured that *all of us* enjoy the comfort of this forum and being able to ask and vent. So no need to apologize or explain yourself. You're always welcome! :)
Now that that's out of the way....any changes in your diet? How long have you been having this nausea?
Sometimes our diets or how we combine certain foods can trigger suspect symptoms (at least they sure do for me!)
I have an inability, pretty much, to drinking plain water as it makes me nauseous. However, my "drink of choice" is regular ole seltzer water. I know, I know,...the bubbles, right? But for some reason, it actually seems to help my digestion.
Sure, it also means the gas has to be relieved (one way or the other), but I find the way it's easier to swallow and how agreeable my tummy finds it, to be well worth the gas! ;P
