Hello everyone,
I'm doing better when it comes to managing my anxiety, most of my "symptoms" go away once I finally relax, there is one that usually stays with me for the longest. Ringing in the ear(s). I can mostly or usually only hear it in my right ear. This could trigger my panic attacks, I try very hard to ignore it!
Anybody else has this problem?
Thank you,
Josh

Yep.
Lots of factors can play into it, but sometimes I'm convinced the "sound of silence" will deafen me it gets so loud, (if that makes any sense?)

Oh yes the ear thing drives me nuts. I shake my head like a dog with fleas and panic and hate it. Maybe you have wax build up, or tinnititus (sic).

Thank you! I found out that it goes away every time I play with my kids ( best medicine)
Thank you for the support
