Hi KC and welcome,
Stress can cause all sorts of muscle twitches/jumps...shakes, ect.
Have you been using the computer/devices a lot lately? Or been doing lots of reading or other activities that would cause eye strain?
I would go ahead and make an appointment with an opthomologist if you have not had an eye exam recently.
Other than that, I can recommend using stress relieving exercises to lessen your anxiety symptoms. See our Resources, top of the main page for great ideas.:)
