Are you able to do meditaiton? I know that it can be a challenge. We think we have no time or need for it...but that is often when we need it the most.

If meditation in this sense (more eastern in nature) is not your thing...keep in mind that any quiet activity can be meditation. It is talked about it in the Bible...as in just being in the quiet presence of God (or your chosen higher power)
It is surrendering to a peace and calm through being still, quiet, reading and listening. It is the acceptance of letting go, getting outside of ourselves, and refreshing our souls.
