I have bad anxiety what do I do?

actually I am suffering with something that my anxiety is really worked up on now, so this is a tread for both problems. I recently tried using a sex toy a prostrate massage. first time using anything in that area down below and i suffer with so much depression because of my anxiety I wanted to try a toy out, to see if i can lift my spirits a bit....sadly to say both toys I bought sucked and the anal one no matter how small it was hurt. I put enough lube and everything. My problem is though I have burning feeling now....which I am not sure if it is because I had diarrhea that night and today or the toy....so I am all worked up because of the toy. It did hurt a little coming out and little in nothing really serious in my eyes...and found NO PLEASURE at all despite the videos that tricked me to buying, and their lie of great pleasure...any way my anxiety can be really bad worried about this toy and I did some kind of damage to me, and I also have a irritable bowl problem...with anxiety....so I will always get the runs till I can find some help worried over it.

This burning feeling, it has only been 1 day sense I tried the toy, and my bum does not hurt, just a little on fire. What is the cause of this and is it the toy?? I did have a little pain after ward when the toy was out but nothing that was serious in my eyes or to get me all worked up.

ya I got that down pat leave that alone...just so depressed and in so much suffering, thought maybe something different might help me out.
