Hello everyone!
I have been going through a lot of stress in my life, last night I almost went to the ER, but I didn't!
I've been getting this cramps, muscle spasms and tingling that hurts all over my body, I'm not sure if it's triggering panic attacks or the panic attacks are triggering this feelings, this has been going for about
5 days. My potassium levels are a bit low .1 under the limit!
I'm very tired of feeling like this, I don't wanna continue to feel like this for the rest of my life, everyday is a struggle!

Hi Josh,
The first thing I'd recommend is to make sure you see your doctor, explain to him what's going on and be checked out and checked over. How do you know your potassium is low -- when was your last lab? You may need new lab work.
I get mine (among other stuff) checked routinely because yep, mine's low, and I take a rx potassium daily, and the dose gets adjusted between 20 and 40mEq periodically prn.
Start there, and see what your doc has to say. That's why they're docs!

It was just tested yesterday 3.4 Was the result! I am tired of this... I can understand why people kill themselves. I used to think that suicide was selfish, now I can understand why people do it!
No I'm not going to kill myself, my kids need me ( a crazy dad is better than no dad)

Sorry to hear you are feeling stressed at the moment I can relate on that one. I would suggest you go and speak with your doctor and tell them how you are feeling and see what they advice. Have you ever done any kind of talking therapies such as CBT? Might be worth asking your doctor about
as it is very helpful and teaching us how to deal better with stress and anxiety.
