So I've been having a dizziness fear for a year. My allergies are all messed up which caused my ear to have dark drainage in them, but no infection according to the nurse. Anyways, I know that your equilibrium can get messed up due to fluid in your ears. I'm freaking out because college classes start Monday and I'm so scared that I might get dizzy because of my ears. I've been takin sudaffed to help clear out the fluid. Sighhh, living with anxiety is no way to live :(. Maybe I just wanted to vent to people who will understand lol. Thanks for reading!

Been where you are. In fact I still am. I'm always freaking out about
the smallest thing even when I've been assured it's nothing. Keep practicing the deep breathing exercises. It helps. I get the dizziness too. But I've been told irs due to allergies. Living with anxiety is difficult but not impossible. Keep checking this site and the one on allergies and asthma. You will find many others who share your issues and can offer support. You'll be fine!

I can so relate to this. I have been suffering with allergies and sinusitus and when my ears start feeling blocked I get panicky cause I totally hate the feeling.

I'm sorry...... but I hold the title of biggest hypochondriac ever!
Seriously though, I'm sorry you are not feeling well. Allergies suck. I know I have them too. Along with dizziness. So know you are not alone!
What helps for me is taking my allergy meds regularly and on time (zyrtec is a life saver!), stay hydrated really important!!, eat healthy, and keep caffeine to a minimum!
