so is it me or iam losing it ...... no where to turn

hi everybody .... iam just at a stand still , this august makes two years of this crap .....

so is it me or im losing it , my headaches are not even headaches anymore , its more of head pains and heavy tightness , i forget stuff , both sides of my jaws aches , my face and mouth goes numb , its all very scary , my mouth is very watery , and besides the awful head stuff ....my doc says its my anxiety , i done been over tested and they dont wanna test me for another thing , when does it end !!! i want another mri i had an mri and mra and eeg , last august as well as ct scan all was clean and good ......

the ugly chest aches and pains ,and twitches , uhhhhhhh .........

Yes, for me, this is due to muscle tension.

Yes i often feel this head tension and pressure feeling when i feel anxious. It is a very known symptom of anxiety, since your muscles are connected and you are always tense. Try to be calm, know that its nothing serious. You had check ups and all were clear :)

Hello, have you ever thought about seeing a chiropractor? Maybe your spine needs work. It is amazing how the spine connects so many nerves to different parts of your body and if one is pinched can cause havoc.  My mom at one time suffered from symptoms like yours and I had her go to my chiropractor, after a few adjustments she was feeling much better. From years of being stressed you might also benefit from deep tissue massage.

Ang brings up a good point. I have the same problem...clinching my teeth alot. I end up with jaw aches and sharp little twinges and aches in my face, neck. I was also diagnosed with TMJ...lucky me.
