In my long journey to learn how to live anxiety free and healthy life, xD i am searching about many things. Yesterday i read about earthing (or called grounding) which is said to relieve tension and excess electricity in the body.
Its basically making skin contact with the earth itself, around 10 mins a day. Like walking/standing on grass or soil, sand or rock. Or just touching with hands if it is not convenient with feet. I heard about this looonngg time ago actually but never paid attention.
They say it cleans the free radicals in our bodies since the earth is negative electricity. I saw a guys video who claims to heal his HA and panics by grounding. I tried yesterday and today, i actually felt good. Can be used as a mindfulness technique, i thought, since one feels the grass under feet and it distracts the mind a bit.
Anyone know about it? Or tried, experienced?
