I am sorry to hear of your anxiety and struggles to do all that you want and need to do currently. This should be such a joyful and exciting part of your life...and I am sure that it is...but anxiety can try an ruin what should be an amazing time with your new baby girl.
Have you had any luck past or presently with therapy techniques of self-help? These options, in combination with medication can be a winning one for many people.
