Yes! This is a common symptom, and one that I have dealt with in the past!
First off, are you eating well? Cutting out caffeine? Low blood sugar, and stimulants are suspected culprits here...or at least adding to the issue possibly.
How about
using your coping skills? Stress relieving exercise can be so effective in helping with the physical symptoms of anxiety. Here is a great link to get you started, or give you a new tool or two.:)
