Hi again, i was wondering if you guys know what's best exercise or something to relax the muscle or nerves?i know deep inside of me all of my muscles are not relax maybe that's why I had panic attack. I am so stress out. Can't concentrate, I'm always thinking about
my health. I want to divert my thinking. I am a housewife and nothing to do. Any suggestions guys? How to keep busy even you are a housewife?i don't have work. Dependent to husband..

I work out, either on my treadmill or elliptical or just a walk outside. It really helps.

Yin yoga works great for relaxation. Look up Leslie Fightmaster yin yoga on YouTube. I promise you these deep, relaxing stretches will fade away your anxiety induced muscle aches.
