What I mean is, when I'm scared I can't move much. I will sit on the couch all day in panic. I feel stuck and weighed down during these awful times of anxiety. I know that you should get up and do something productive to ease your mind, but I can't. I can't even take a sip of water or eat. I try to sleep, which sleep is an escape and feels so good but it doesn't last and I know it. Do you do this?
