never ending loop i tend to fall.I know all you great folks have told me to see a doc but i am too anxious and scared to go !!
what should i do to calm myself its not heart related /but anxiety related i don't know what to do.
i am repeating myself in this forum i am sooooooooooo sorry

Breathe in through the nose, hold for a count of five, breathe out through the mouth, hold for a count of five.
Repeat.
Close your eyes and listen to what you hear right now. No judging, thinking, or projection past or future (I usually hear the tv, what's wrong with the tv?)
Then, feel what you feel against your skin. No judging or thinking. Just notice what is there, and move on.
Then, feel what your body is feeling. No emotions, no judgment. No past, no future. Just right here and now. I have a headache, I am holding my breath, I am warm, etc...
