Ok so this week my sleep schedule has changed. I fall asleep w son reading, then cat wakes me up a few hours later then cant go bk to sleep for an hour. Sooooo exhausted! Now worried about health. Have gastroparesis and always wondering if vit. Deficient which i have been in past. I take supplements though. My older son is ignoring me too being jerk cause i didnt pay for his broken car and so stressed about that. Bothers me alot. Sick if worrying!!!

I had a hard time with sleep issues earlier this week too. It just makes everything harder!!

I am sorry that you are not feeling well.:( What is your doctor doing to help you manage the g.p.?

You did the right thing by letting your son take care of his own problem. He is an adult, and as such needs to learn to mangage his budget....including unexpected car repairs. If you are in a position to help as times, then that is a nice gesture on your part...

...but you are not obligated, and need to take care of yourself and little guy first and foremost.

If your older one wants to throw a tantrum, let him. He will gain wisdom and knowlegde by figuring out his finances on his own.:)

I'm just supposed to manage it with my diet and I know I need to let him learn his lessons but his dad paid for his car and he asked me why I couldn't have? & I think his dad is mad at me because I didn't pay half it just upsets me because I spent so much money on him for his birthday a couple weeks before that happened. I'm not doing that anymore. I just hate him ignoring me.
sometimes I guess I just feel like a loser because I don't make more moneyor I'm not married and can't do more for him to help.
what's weird is that he wished me a happy birthday late at night and called me but I was already asleep so the next day I tried to get ahold of him and he ignored me again so I said I guess I missed my chance . he said seriously I guess I'm going to have to block your number again just so uncalled for and mean. I just can't stand being treated like crap why people who are supposed to appreciate me and treat me good

Well...shame on him!!

...and it is no relextion on you. You are a good mom! :)

He will come around. It just takes boys a little longer I think.

I remember that my adult daughter used to 'un-friend' me on FB on and off as she would get mad at me...

...I would just laugh and wait for the 'friends request' to come popping back up.

One time I made her wait, like a week...just to vex her! ;p

We are 'besties' now that she is 24.:)

Lol. well my son is much more stubborn than that but we'll see. he always comes around but he acts like nothing happened which totally irritates me. Thanks so much for your support. 😀

Well as our Sagacious One said....(and I've been reminded of this as well).....the unofficial rule#1 here is above everything and all else....we simply must take care of ourselves first. The rest will fall into place! Maybe a little slowly and with some feet stomping and tantrums,....but that'll pass too.

This is your life, your health,....and it's up to you to put that at the forefront!! :)
