Unfortunately, I think almost all of us relate. When we have anxiety we become super sensitized to all the inner workings of our body. This is what starts the vicious panic cycle that most of us seem to have. Until we become unsensitized to these feeling, we tend to stay in the cycle. It sucks! With my own experience, I have mostly a hard time breathing. But I also have had terrible tension headaches that start in my shoulder, go through my neck and end up behind my left ear (leading me to believe I had an aneurysm or tumor, of course). Sometimes just shooting pains here and there, which of course were cancer.
But luckily this is not an incurable disorder, though at times it might feel like it. There are coping skills, medication, exercise and other things that can help us through this hard time. I have had to really improve on my patience, because I know that rushing recovery is going to make me feel worse.
I hope you feel better soon!
