All people experience sad things in life though, also gain the power to overcome anything.
The reason of anxiety is mostly stacking our feelings and reactions which are caused by our ways of thinking.
There are two types of vicious circles for us anxious people. First, the bad cycle where we tend to only think negative, fear (health issues, future, accidents, etc) and keep on looping in the cycle where we never able to enjoy life... or
Second, the good cycle where we force ourselves to focus on life, the things we are doing to train our minds and thoughts so that we can think positive and enjoy life.
It's just a matter of what we pick. When we are feeling anxiety/panic/depressive, it's really very hard to force ourselves to enjoy life. Besides, trying to find answers to all of those questions we have in mind about life and death, is too weary. But still I believe it's in our control to change everything.
A little bit of medication and therapy help alongside thought training and habitual changes is usually very successful.
But let's do our best, OK? It is definitely positive to reverse that looping cycle, and enjoy life.
