I had it when I was a late teen into early 20's. Best things I could say is avoid caffine, sodas, and drink more water that is bpA free. Our body builds up toxins sometimes so consider a sauna or more cardio and also look into a cleanse drink for your liver espescially if you have been on any meds recently. Get off ***and eat more whole foods. As for your worry, try to break the cycle. Google some relaxation techniques and try to control your mind. If you are spiritual, order all negative thoughts and energies away from you in the *****. Go in peace!
