One of the hard things about anxiety, is that we fall into the trap of catastrophic thinking.
Use your rational thinking skills to get you through this...
For one, you have anxiety, and therefore worry about this kind of 'worst case senario' thing anyway...
...add to that the fact that you are having pain due to the activity that you mentioned...and now the anxiety get reinforced and increases.
This creates a cycle of anxiety=symptoms=more anxiety.
My suggestion would be to rest the affected area, and use your coping skills (let me know if you need suggestions and I will post them for you!) for the next couple of days.
If you are not feeling better by next week, go in and be seen. (sooner if things get worse)
I am willing to bet though, that you will be on the mend soon.:)
