Hi everyone. I have been feeling really good for the last couple of weeks as I've been busy with both jobs and getting things ready at home for my daughter's visit next week. It is amazing when you can manage to get your mind off of your symptoms and feel almost normal for days on end. THEN...it very slowly tries creeping back in. My question is this: have you been feeling good, like really happy and excited about something that although it's very happy thoughts and feelings, you end up back to feeling like an adrenaline pump again and those symptoms start trying to sneak in again. My daughter, "son", and 6 month old grandson are flying out Monday for a week and staying with me. I took the week off my full time job and all but a couple of days off my part time job to just spend with them. My son and his girlfriend are expecting on Dec 24 and the baby shower is next Sunday since my daughter will be here for it. Between those two things, I've been running in circles and happily preparing. Like symptom free for two weeks, then I noticed a couple of days ago, going over a check list in my head of last minute stuff to do and realizing I was breathing shallow, heart burn starting off and on again, and slightly lightheadedness. I DON'T want to go backwards just in time for them to get here!!! I've just been stretching, walking, deep breathing, etc to keep it at be.
