Circus dog, I hope you get through this today, unfortunately I woke up very panicky today, a little shaky and not physically feeling that good, not sure exactly what would cause me to panic so quickly this morning, I've tried some of the breathing exercises which I think stresses me more, because I can't get it right. I also tried to focus on something while outside having my coffee, a sound, my cup
, but just one of those days.
