Imight have found one solution to morning anxiety. I worked 10 hrs. yesterday selling fries at a country fair. I was so exhausted this morning, I don't think there was any more energy for anxiety.

Is there something you can do in the morning since that seems to be when your anxiety peaks? Whether that means taking your anxiety med? Your walk? Some stretching?
Sometimes doing something that requires energy output actually works to calm us down (more than trying to relax). I know when I work out it takes the "fight" out of me! :)
I'm not suggesting a workout before you have a class, but rather just tossing ideas out there to consider to utilize in the early morning hours v at night?

I do all that in the morning, walk , breathe. That is all I have time for. I took my meds later last night than I usually do. I am going to do that again tonight to see if that makes a difference in the morning.
