You have been through this before and you ALWAYS make it! This time should be no different! Pull out all your tricks - coping skills - deep breathing, meditation, prayer, and any medication that can help you.
One thing I do want to say is that you are such an inspiration. You get up every single day and no matter how hard it gets, you face your anxiety and your mountains head on! You do what you need to do and you rise above this hardship . You are such a strong person. Be proud of
yourself.
This is just another day. When you get home for the day post on here how it went, how you felt during the day, and what you did to cope. And the next time you have a morning like this where you don't know if you can face the day, I want you to pull up that post to remind yourself that you CAN do this!
I really enjoy reading your post because you are such a strong person. You refuse to let this disorder define you as a person. Keep on pushing forward. Can't wait to hear how it goes.
