My face changes, my eyes look glazed and my forehead is tight and knotty looking. I look like a scared animal about
to be eaten, this looks makes me more afraid.

I have. Same thing here. The scared animal idea fits my face just perfectly. Lol, never thought of it that way before. That's also how my husband knows if I am having anxiety, by the look that appears on my face.

Yep! Kind of thought I was the only one. I resemble a deer in headlights...all I'm missing are the antlers.

I'm not sure that I have ever looked at myself while having a panic attack, but my son can spot when I am having one by the way my face looks, so there must be some horrific changes that he sees that is atypical than my normal horrific look.

The fight or flight feeling may well manifest it'self in a fixed look, this is
why i always carried xanax, i knew it could be shut down if i couldnt stand
it, i wish you all Peace,

The only thing I ever notice is my pupils will constrict to a tiny dot..
