I notice that during my period I have more anxiety than usual and I'm so sleepy.

I'm post menopause, so while I cannot identify now, I can relate to my past experiences.
Hormones can play a big role in how we feel, and during our periods, everything's scattered! Plus, our iron can run a little low, and that can contribute to feeling tired.
Food for thought maybe?

Yeah...but perimenopause can be the hardest time in some aspecs physically ...
...what our younger bodies used to do very easily, is now a big stress on our bodies...
I feel completely wrung out every month after this time.
We have had so many threads on this subject...you might want to do a search and read more!
