When you're just sitting and hanging out, but you're anxious and feel like your heart is kind of fast, how fast does it get? Mine is up at 105 while I'm just sitting here and it's stressing me out!

Mind you things are verrrry different now than they have been in the past.
In the past, when I was considerably less managed, my resting heart rate, just hanging out, would rarely go below 100.

Thanks, Ladies. Mine is normally in the upper 80's and I'm wondering if it's high because I'm so sick.

M,
Did you learn techniques to help lower your resting heart rate?

My resting heart rate is between 50 - 65, however sometimes its up between 75-90 just sitting at rest, sometimes I feel anxious, stressed, or worried, other times I don't or at least I can't differentiate. I'm calling is subconscious anxiety, whatever the hell that is. Sometimes I can breath and relax, or got for a walk and it will come down, other times it seems to stick there for a few hours.

TSD,
I'm lower 80's, but when I'm sick yep, upper 90s! And when I am exercising, it's a WHOLE DIFFERENT ball game. 180's plus. :/ Lol, I try not to get too caught up in the numbers.
Get well soon!
