Anxiety and sinuses???

Does anyone have sinus issues like.....pressure in head and dizziness does it increase your anxiety level? thanks guys

When I am stuffy, my anxiety increases a TON. Had this last night. Total bummer. For me the increase of anxiety is caused by the ineffective breathing. :(

Yes. I get that all the time. I'll have trouble breathing due to allergy and sinus issues. That, of course, increases my anxiety as I'm certain I have a fatal illness and am dying. For me, sinus issues and anxiety feed off of each other.
