Anxiety can really leave you feeling wrung out!!
What I usually do when I am feeling exhausted is to take a break physically. You, like me, probably are active almost everyday physically from the dancing...so it is good to give your body days off.
That is to say from heavy exercise...not all activity!
Getting too much sleep, like trying in trying to catch up, or 'bank' it for later can have the opposite effect in the long run...so don't spend hours on the couch or oversleeping.
I would shoot for doing something enjoyable and relaxing...to let your mind decompress and just have some fun.:)
This will be good for body, mind and soul.:)
