I sure understand travel anxiety Rich! The good news, almost all my anticipatory anxiety is worse than the actual trip/traveling.
Where are you traveling from and to? How long is the plane ride?
The nicotine patch will help you and when you get off the plane, you can look forward to your smoke
(I'm not encouraging smoking people but as a smoker, I understand lol).
Take some crossword puzzles or magazines. Pack a "goody bag" of activities/snacks to occupy your time.
