I am sorry to hear of your recent anxiety concerns. Is this the first time that you have dealh with this issue?
There are a few treatment options that you can pursue if you feel like this is affecting your quality of life, and not getting better...
You can talk with your doctor about
the possibility of either medication, therapy...or both.
These are the most common and effective methods for dealing with anxiety, and many members here can attest to each of them for their benefits. (I myself highly endorse CBT therapy!)
