I get migraines (as well as regular headaches). They can pop up without any specific (ie: alarming) cause. Just because! Even diet can affect them as certain foods are triggers. Combine that with anxiety and stress, and our general sensitive nature (we A/P folks in general), it's no wonder we can react the way we do.
That being said, I watch my diet re: certain foods, and I have meds that I take when I get migraines to stop them before they escalate.
That also being said, some of this may not even necessarily be migraine related (such as feeling foggy, difficulty concentrating, etc.) ....some of that may just be part and parcel of anxiety. Even w/o migraines, I've had many occasions with similar experiences!
