Hi Sweet and welcome.
I am so sorry to hear about
the difficulties that your son is experiencing currently.:( It is hard to lose a parent so young...I lost my biological father when I was 15.
There are therapists who work on a sliding scale per ability to pay. You will have to do your research, and possibly get on a waiting list, but is will be worth the effort.
Until then, have you contacted his school to see if the counselor there could be of help? How about
your church? Many pastors or elders provide counseling for those in need. Some churches have a program called Grief Share...call around, or visit this site for details.

We have a great Resource section here with self-help Here is the link. There are even free therapy sites here called Moodgym and E-couch if you can't find anything right away...this could be a good alternative to start off with.
