Hello guys,
I just want to say thank you for this wonderful forum. I don't feel alone no more. As my anxiety is concern, So far it's been on/off but manageable. I just keep myself busy, not thinking about my hearts palpitations like crazy.. I keep telling myself "I am okay".. Been drinking plenty of water, doing the deep breathing exercise and relaxation at the same time. And my dog is a big help also. Hoping my anxiety and fear will go away little by little... I will try my very best to go back to myself again.. I miss my old me..
