Headache panicking again

So I have posted about the same thing many times just this week. But I can't seem to reassure myself. I'm pretty sure this headache is neck related. It just never goes away. My head is always hurting somewhere. It's not even that bad it's enough to freak me out. When I move my head certain ways I feel it more. When I move my head down with my chin towards my chest I feel my neck pulling all the way down my spine to my lower back. It's the same thing when I move it side to side. Right moe my right temple is hurting and the back off head, I started panicking in the grocery store now my right arm is all tingly. I need ore reassurance or a drink.

Sorry to hear you are having these issues and anxiety at the moment if things are really worrying you I would say make an appointment with your doctor and see what they say. Anxiety can cause headaches and pains all over the body so maybe it's a sign you need to get your anxiety under control? Have you ever done any kind of talking therapy?

Could it be sinus issues? Sometimes sinus infections can show up with pain at the base of the skull. I'm sorry you are experiencing this. You've checked with your doctor about this, right? What happens if you take tylenol or advil? Does it go away?

I've been to the dr she said its muscle and nerve issues coming from my back and shoulders. I will never be convinced without a ct scan. However they are insisting it's not medically nessasary. She does all these basic tests on me such as following her finger with just my eyes, having to touch my nose and touch her fingers when she's moving them, etc. nothing is ever abnormal. So I'm sure that's what it is but still, I can't help but think it's worse. Advil helps. But the pain moves around it's never my whole head throbbing or anything. It's usually different parts. Like I said the pain isn't that bad, it's just enough to freak me out.

Jf03, I actually have had this pulling thing both on my head and neck too. I went to see dr before. They said it's totally because of nerves since I have a bad posture and I use computer a lot.
It eventually became better. I am sure you have nothing serious.
Try to remind yourself that a mild pain that comes and goes, is not serious.
Take deep breathes, focus on distractions. It will really go away <3

Rr, I've actually the neck/shoulder issue for over 5 years. But it's gotten worse the last year and now my head is involved. Ugh. I need some peace.

Have you tried massage? I get exactly what you're talking about and they're tension headaches. Many who suffer from panic don't realize it, but they're neck muscles and shoulders are often kind of shrugged up and tense. This can cause pain when moving your head in different directions and can also cause some really horrible shooting pains to travel throughout your head. I also see a chiropractor and he does his adjustments which help, but as soon as he feels the muscle in my neck he recommends massage and says I maybe be punching nerves as well.

tsd- That's so true about panic and tension. I swear my shoulders are always up by my ears. I have to consciously remember to relax! One time I was having a massage and the therapist actually said your shoulders are so tight, they are like beef jerky!

I also have a lot of random head pains, numbness on the side of my face, neck pain etc. It moves around, so that actually always makes me feel better. If it were in one spot all the time I'd be demanding a CT or MRI!
