You have received excellent advice from these wonderful members. I would only like to add my support and encouragement.
Just a few short months ago, I was just like you. Anxiety was running my life and there was no end in sight.
I kept persistent, practiced my coping skills, went to therapy, and took my meds. I also spent alot of time on here receiving and giving support. Gradually I started to feel better and better!
I can't say that I have totally mastered this thing but I am so much further today than what I was. Through "baby steps" and "little victories" I have come a long way in a short time.
If I can do it, you can do it!
