You should have been given discharge instructions, so be sure to read all paper work that you went home with...
In general though, let your energy levels dictate how much you can and should do.. No lifting of course, but walking is good.
It is not unusual to have a rough day around this time post-op. IDK why this is...but it is pretty common for the 3, 4th or 5th day to be harder than the first couple ones, after procedures.
As far as your diet...again, they should have instructed you on this. I think bland and easily digestable is the way to go for awhile. You may have to experiment with the level, and what types of fats you can now tolerate. (gallbladder assists in the digestion of fats)
Fried foods are likely out...but healthy fats in moderation may be fine. Ask your doctor for more guidance, so you don't have to do trial and error, and end up feeling sick.
