Billybolgna and myself both recentlywent back to work... We also made a post about it... Read through our threads when you get a chance .... We received a lot of great advice.... We shared your exact same concern and we made it just fine! You will too!

I really hope that you DO sleep...but in the event that you can't...put the time to good use, and write a collection of positive mantras that you can repeat to yourself to bolster your confidence, and lessen your anxiety,:)

Statements such as:

"I was hired to do this job for a reason...I am capable of using my skills and doing it well."

"Anxiety can't stop me from getting my job done."

"I can handle anything that happens tomorrow. Even if I feel anxious, I can get through it and be alright."

Keep reapeating these (or those of your choice) to yourself over and over.

The words that we speak to ourselves have power!

Use your breathing and other skills as well during your breaks.
