Have you ever logged your sleep patterns? A bad nights sleep can increase our anxiety in the mornings. Do what you can to get yourself a good nights rest!
Here's something you can also try .... Set your alarm to your favorite tune ... That's so much better than that annoying buzzer! That's enough to give ANYONE anxiety!
Practice your morning coping skills! Deep breathing and relaxation exercises is a great way to start the day!
I think the most important thing in managing morning anxiety is positive thinking! (Before going to bed and upon waking up) If you try to wake yourself up in 'good spirits' then you will have a better chance of chasing your "anxiety blues" away!
Practice these things faithfully and I promise you that this will help keep your morning anxiety at bay!
