Count me in as a time obsessor! I'm like Gee & can take certain events and compare the amount of time between events and sometimes it takes my breath away.
You're definitely not alone. The key will be to get back to therapy. This isn't about
"time anxiety", rather anxiety/OCD in general & when you work on those, you will learn to manage the anxieties.
We all understand even if our stories are different... Anxietys, OCD, depression, etcccc, we get it. You've found a great forum for support. Stick around
