I am sorry that you are currently dealing with these fears about
your health. :( I know how miserable and scared this can make you feel!
I agree with the above advice...you should talk to someone to help you deal with these thoughts and feelings. A counselor or therapist could help you to learn the skills to manage your fears.
It also sounds as if you have been doing some on-line research of illness and disease? We call that "Doctor Google" here (lol) and it is definitely not a good visit to make!! It will only increase your anxiety about
your symptoms.
Working on getting more sleep, cutting out the recreational smoke and talking to someone about
getting into therapy should all be priority for you and good goals to shoot for.
In the meantime...here are some great self-help links for you to check out for health anxiety management. Instead of looking up symptoms on-line...put your time and energy to good use and go through these modules and exerices to relieve your fears.
