I have been feeling a little better the past couple weeks, still having plenty of anxiety, but better. My symptoms seem to be shifting a little, and this is usually a good thing for me. But I have been in this anxious bout for about 6 months now and I am wondering if it now feels weird to me NOT to be anxious. Like, it feels like the norm to me to feel anxious and when I don't feel anxious, it now feels abnormal. Im sure it's just something else that I will have to wait out...ugh, more waiting. Just wondering what you guys think? I know a lot of us have been struggling for quite a few months. Thanks:)
