Sorry to hear you are having a lot of anxiety at the moment which is stopping you sleep I agree with HT about
trying to deviate your thoughts I usually do that be listening to music or reading. I think that if you can get your sleep sorted out your anxiety will get better I did a post on sleep hygiene here's the link
