Sometimes I think the same thing - it would be "easier" just to die! This kind of thinking is NOT productive nor serves our best interest! Be a fighter! Constantly remind yourself that you are not dying but rather battling an irritating anxiety disorder!
Tell yourself that you have a long life ahead of you... The human body is more resilient than you may think - our bodies are built by the best manufacturer" ever known to man - our Heavenly Father! Rest easy!
My good friend Larry says that you only die once and it does us no good at all to rehearse our death each and everyday - you will never get it right, anyway!
You have many, many years ahead of you my friend - spend them productively, spend them effectively managing this disorder, spend them serving others, and spend them showing the world all the 'Love' that lays within your heart!
The Bible says our lives are like a "vapor in the air" - here today and gone tomorrow. It's so important to live each day to the fullest - tell your loved ones how you feel NOW! Quit putting off "that trip" you have always wanted to take! To feel total freedom is an exhilarating experience - hope you find this soon!
Here's to a long, selfless life full of success, happiness, and LOVE!
